I appreciated everyone’s responsiveness at the office (with Tony and Gail even answering me on their vacations) and the ease of the document submission process. There seemed to be a slight hiccup with the home insurance submission (it kept telling me there wasn’t a submission even though the provider through Blend had provided the info) but if that’s the worst thing I can say about the process, I’d say that’s a total success.

Pros: Terra was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. Cons: There were many times where it seemed like there were extra unnecessary documents being requested of us and it was really time consuming trying to get it all together. Several times, once we sent over a requested document that took us a long time to acquire, it was rejected for one reason or another. It felt like we had to jump through a million hoops every step of the way. I understand that a lot of money is on the line but it came across as overly nitpicky.
