By using the bank for both my loan and heloc approval I felt there should've been more transparency between the two with my needs/information. Also think all information needed should be addressed up front. I felt with presenting all my very personal information upfront there shouldn't have been times I had to introduce that again. It gave a feeling of a financial interrogation, which was understandable to a point. But when paperwork is solid it can be frustrating. My lender understood my frustration helped me work through it and assured me. Thank you Tiffany 😊
