It was just a much longer process than we experienced last time we refinance our home and much longer than we anticipated. Susan was great, and that issue could have very likely been our fault more than anything or just a difference in the process since last time it was Iberia. Either way we are satisfied and can't complain.

This process was SO much easier than my first home loan. The ease of being able to submit things online is more convenient than it was 13 years ago when I went through the process. Being able to review all the paperwork the night before was faster than the process of getting it all at closing.
