Paul overall did a fantastic job. There was one communication which I thought was handled poorly at the end in which I was instructed that I did not need to deposit money into an account I was opening in order to receive an additional discount on my rate. It turned out that I did in fact need to deposit money into said account to receive a discount which lead to some last second stress on my part transferring large sums of money over the weekend.

Paul was very knowledgeable and answered our questions; However, it took time to get responses back at times which made this process a little more tense than it should have been. The communication piece placed an important factor to all of this. For this type of transactions are not done on a daily basis for me (one of the biggest of my life). Waiting for an answer or call back was frustrating. Also, when asking for proof of naturalization it was bit insulting to wait until the last minute to show proof of citizenship, especially when a copy of US passport was provided since the beginning. Other than that, this whole experience was okay and I know it could have been better.
