Being self employed I really appreciated the 2 step process of first verifying my income and resolving that portion before running the full loan application and running my credit. I appreciated the follow up to get documentation as needed. I used to get mortgages for many properties from Paul’s father and mother. Paul was 20 to 21 at the time he was learning he was kind , and efficient even back then. I have not seen him or had a loan and 25 years He has become amazing and his father would be proud of him.
