Excellent communication, clear and precise discussion regarding loan products, and expected outcomes with different scenarios. Easy to get a hold of, I was never left the waiting for an answer, and photos always kept in the loop. Both Mike and David Hosier were fantastic to work with. The online CD and disclosures site needs work however. I should have the option to review an entire document before signing it page by page and only then being allowed to continue. It wasn't until my final disclosures for closing that I was able to actually review an entire document before signing anything. Prior to that, I could read the first three pages of the CD for instance, but loan terms of the next disclosure was locked until signing the previous doc.
