Marcus was helpful and supportive throughout this process. He guided us and answered any questions that we needed. He was also available for calls anytime, which was helpful because of my work schedule. The lower score on document collection was not a reflection on Marcus Hull but more on the underwriter requesting additional documentation that should have been requested (if needed) before the last minute which put us in a tight spot and caused the process to be more stressful at the end. Even with that, Marcus was available, supportive, and helpful. He offered to speak directly with my accountant and worked with the management team to get our closing done.
