I can't recommend Israel enough. He was so informative, supportive, and patient throughout the whole process. He worked hard to get our loan closed, even when we had some difficult things pop up that could've prevented us from closing. I had previously never dealt with First Horizon Bank, but met Israel when I was shopping around for mortgages. I spoke with 5 other banks, and I could immediately tell that Israel stood out far above the others with his prompt responses, knowledge, and professionalism. The service we received from Israel was top-tier and he, alone, has made my wife and I seriously reconsider if the other bank we currently use is providing the same level of service we received from him during this process.
