David is an extraordinary agent. My husband and I had put in over 30+ offers on houses since 2020. Throughout this time, David was always timely with getting us pre-approval letters (even on weekends!) for the specific amount and kept us on track with keeping our profiles up to date. Once we finally got an offer accepted this past August, he ensured the process went seamlessly. We had an on-time closing and he ordered the inspections, helped recommend home owners insurance and gave us his own personal experience of living in Florida. He gave us a reasonable interest rate in the market and I trusted his opinion of what the best decision would be at this point in time. Over the years he has answered so many of my questions patiently and knowledgeably. I’m sure I’ve asked the same question multiple times but he never made me feel like a bother. He’s very personable and even came to our closing to ensure everything went smoothly. It was nice to meet him in person and it really showed how much he valued our business. I plan to keep in touch with David and will recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and trustworthy lending agent.

There are not enough words to describe how incredible David was for my family throughout the whole house buying process.
