Cheryl was a great help and always available. She made the process very easy. The only issue i had was the online system was a bit clunky and had several errors or didnt recognize when things were submitted. Personal interactions were amazing and Cheryl is the best, but the online system needs some work and would be very difficult for someone elderly or not adept at computers to navigate.

Streamlined process with efficient communication. There did seem to be a little disconnect with some of the inter departments but it didnâ€™t cause any delays etc I donâ€™t think just extra emails.
