Streamlined process with efficient communication. There did seem to be a little disconnect with some of the inter departments but it didnâ€™t cause any delays etc I donâ€™t think just extra emails.

A lot . The document verification process was overwhelming. I had to submit the same document several times: they even requested a document on the day before of closing. I didnâ€™t get updated most times until I called. I felt things being in the state of abeyance all the time. Overall I didnâ€™t have a pleasant experience. If the whole process was better organized and coordinated and client updated regularly it would have been great.
