The appraiser used was ineffective and created needless underwriting problems and delays in closing. I would recommend removing him from the process. Bill Hardin was excellent to navigate us through those issues and other unique problems.

Bill Hardin was very, very helpful through this process. Very patient and understanding since it has been 30 yrs from my last mortgage application. The process was somewhat confusing. Needing certain items with no online explanation. Then the same items were not needed. Online process did not cover all possible options to select an answer. Online process not very customer friendly. Bill was very good. Online, not so much.
