April is amazing. The only problem is the system. It is not easy to upload all the information necessary , which takes a long time to gather. Quite time consuming for someone who has a demanding career. I am very happy with First Horizon but the federal regulations have become burdensome. April helped me so much, a voice of calm during a stressful process.
