My experience buying my first home was fantastic. Mrs. Alana Mears is absolutely amazing. I felt like she truly cared about my situation. She was so easy to talk to and she had in depth answers to all my questions. I believe she had my best interests in mind, and that’s not easy to say about most institutions. Of course picking my home and facing the reality of becoming a first time home owner was a great feeling for me and my family, but Mrs. Alana was the delightful icing on the cake! I pray for her continued success. Obviously spending most of my money on closing costs wasn’t my favorite but if the question is “what made it great” I’d have to say Mrs. Alana made my experience great!! She represents her company in the most professional and genuine way possible.
