What's Changing
Please note these TreasuryConnect upgrades and enhancements offering additional access and convenience.
Access
What's New:
- It is important that each user have their own unique user ID and password. Sharing user IDs and passwords is a security risk since we can’t properly authenticate/identify users. If you are currently sharing a user ID and password, please have an administrator update user administration setting to create separate user ID and password for each user.
Accounts
What's New:
- To protect sensitive information, account numbers will be masked. (Ex: XXXXXXXX1234)
- You may record the account numbers now for record keeping or use nicknames to improve recognition.
- If needed, full account numbers will still be populated on reports and statements. Credit card account numbers can be viewed on the physical cards.
- For dual approval transactions, approvers can reveal the complete receiving account number by clicking the icon next to the masked account number.
- Analysis pricing for certain commercial products and services will change. Please review your November analysis statement (provided in December) and contact your Relationship Manager or Treasury Management Sales Officer with any questions.
