Jamie has been the most effecient, knowlegabe and courteous person that I have dealt with in a long time . Always was avialable for questions no matter how trivial they were. He explained things in a manner that were very easy to understand and was not hesitant to repeat anything that I still didn't understand. In short he made the process very easy. If I called he was always availble even to the extent that if he was unable to answer he would immediatly send a text to say he would be right back with me. And he did get right back. Jamie very easy to work with. Very patient with our many questions, very responsive and VERY personable. Staff (Lindsey) also very helpful in moving things forward. The amount of paperwork for a loan these days is absolutely ridiculous. We've been good clients (and referral source) of First Tennessee/First Horizon for many, many years. Process makes you feel as if you are a new/unknown borrower. Note: this is no fault of Jamie's.

Previous errors made by either FH or the title company on a previous mortgage complicated the process and made it difficult for everyone involved. Errors in judgement on my part involving a separate property also increased the complication and difficulty.
