Communication towards the end was lacking. Our realtor had a very difficult time contacting anyone in the lenders office. And I know rates change, but we were told rates had dropped via text during the initial steps of going under contract on the home but ended up with a higher rate (than we were ever told) at closing. But we’re never informed that rates had increased. Overall a good experience but the communication piece has room for improvement. We are grateful everything worked out! It was just a bit stressful at times. (Like having our realtor call us saying the lender was non responsive for days)
