Gena was awesome!!!! You got low marks due to your online portal which was "stuck" on the first step until the day before closing. This is not helpful and quite worrisome to a customer who sees there is no progress being made. Gena was very reassuring, but your portal is TERRIBLE and you would be better off not showing the progress at all. She was constantly reassuring me so I could tell my wife everything was moving along even though your system didn't reflect that any progress was being made. Your online system not only created more angst and worry, it also created more work for Gena. To be clear, GENA WAS AWESOME. Your software is what sucks!
