Nine times out of ten, Dave would tell me a document had been loaded into the First Horizon portal for me to sign, and tell me what it was about. He was quick to text me back with any questions. Overall I gave an 8/10 score for the experience, but Dave gets a 10. The remaining two points were for some confusion during credit checks that he was not a part of.

This was my first home-buying experience, so I really didn't know what to expect. It was complicated because the house was purchased through part of a divorce and we didn't officially have a realtor. Dave went above and beyond every step of the way - from dealing with divorce lawyers to contract issues, a million questions from me, etc. He was always very easy to reach, is extremely knowledgeable, and was a blessing to work with through this process.
