The people involved were first knowledgable which most bankers today are not. She was not only courteous but she knew her stuff.Darrell, my primary relationship brought Melissa in and she was in addition to being courteous, knowledgeable, and also was persistent & stayed after the results we needed for over 4 months to get the end result. That doesn't happen today in banking. Most bankers are sales people only and have no influence on helping the customer. This was refreshing- really!
