This is not Maggie's fault. I also had a company SBA loan collateral switch tied to the new home. This side of the transaction was very bad. Maggie had nothing to do with this, but if affected what she was trying to do for us. She did a great job!

We were trying to find apartment to buy in Germantown for a couple years now that fits our budget plan. We had few agents before but it seems that they were not much interested in helping us out because the loan that we were looking for was not as high. We almost gave up, until Maggie. Maggie immediately send us the link to start our loan process. Everything was great. Maggie provided awesome service and support. The digital experience, including document and signature collection, was very convenient. To make it even better, perhaps, Maggie could offer a courtesy call to the customer to walk them through the documents that are provided by first horizon during the process.
