Both the First Horizon Visa® Signature and First Horizon Platinum Travel Visa® credit card rewards have been updated.
To register, your zip code, last four digits of your social security number and email address must match the information we have on file for your account. Please make sure First Horizon has your current contact information. To update your information, contact us at 800-234-2840.
NOTICE: This option is shown as a cash back redemption, but direct deposit is currently unavailable until July 1, 2021. We are working to correct this issue as quickly as possible.

Why am I having issues registering on the rewards sites?
To register, your zip code, last four digits of your social security number and email address must match the information we have on file for your account. Please make sure First Horizon has your current contact information. To update your information, contact us at 800-234-2840. Once we have all of your information securely in our system, you will need to wait 2 business days before attempting to register again.
When will the new site be live?
The new credit card reward websites have been updated. Signature cardholders can access their new sites by going to www.firsthorizonsignaturerewards.com. Platinum Travel cardholders can access their new site by going to www.firsthorizonplatinumrewards.com.
Once this new site is live, how will I redeem my rewards?
All cardholders will need to register on the new site. This can be done by going to ‘Profile’ and creating a new account. Once created, you will receive an email with a confirmation code. After this confirmation code is used, you will be ready to start redeeming your points for rewards.
Why can’t I access the old rewards sites?
The previous rewards sites are no longer available. Your available points have been migrated to the new websites.
Will my cardholder terms and conditions change?
No, your cardholder terms and conditions will remain the same.
What should I do to ensure my points are transferred to the new site?
Your points will be transferred to the new site automatically. Once the new site is live you will need to register to access points and redemption options.
